MEET NANCI GAROON

Nanci Garoon is a teacher and guide who works with individuals and groups to develop awareness, clarity, and embodied presence. She helps people see how they make meaning, how perspective shapes action, and how insight takes root in everyday life. From this place, people move with steadiness, honesty and trust in their own knowing. 

Her work draws from Enneagram wisdom, conscious leadership frameworks, nervous system-informed practice, and the thoughtful integration of expanded states of awareness.

Nanci brings decades of lived experience in human development, shaped through a long career as an HR director, deep engagement with organizational culture, work in nutrition science, and years of hospice caregiving. Across these domains, she has sat with people at moments of vulnerability, conflict, transition, and profound change, listening closely as individuals and groups grapple with identity, power, grief, and the stories they tell themselves when familiar structures fall away.

Her work reflects an unusual fluency across inner experience, relational dynamics, and organizational systems. She understands how meaning is shaped under pressure, how nervous systems respond to uncertainty, and how clarity emerges when attention is steady and honest.

Nanci’s background includes an MBA from Northwestern University, immersive study with the Conscious Leadership Group, extensive engagement with the Enneagram in the Narrative tradition, and formal training in psychedelic-assisted facilitation and integration. She approaches expanded states of awareness with respect, responsibility, and a strong commitment to care.

Across all domains, she works from an ethical stance that values safety, sovereignty, and integration, weaving grounded insight into daily life and decision-making.
